If the reports are true - and they appear to be, with video footage confirming this - that North Korean troops are in Russia being equipped to prepare to join Russian forces in their invasion of Ukraine, then why isn't the US, NATO and other countries saying this is a "red line" and that if North Korea is becoming directly involved, then the gloves are off and NATO and the US and allies can become directly involved and take all restrictions off western weapons being deployed by Ukrainian forces?
