What he really means is that he will paint over the old rot and call it new rot.

Starmer did not receive a mandate in the election. Starmer's solution: “We will stabilize our economy, clear out the Tory rot, fix the foundations and deliver the mandate of change,” he added.

This man is delusional and boasts about moving the Labor Party to the centre, which is where the Conservative Party is.

Starmer received about 30% of the votes from a low 60% voter turnout. That means he has the support of 18% of the UK public.

The fool has no policies or plans that are any different than those which caused UK's current state of economic decay.

Starmer's renewal policy is just a word salad of failed promises from the past.

Starmer has no answers. He has not even identified all the problems let alone the solutions.

The UK is financially and economically bankrupt.

Starmer has only around 13% of the support of the whole of the UK.

~30% of vote at 2024 election, ~60% turnout at 2024 election, ~70% of public registered as voters. 0.3 x 0.6 x 0.7 x 100 = 12.6%

That is not a mandate even for something as harmless as word salads and false promises.
