The ICJ is scheduled to issue a decision in a case that the UN requested to determine if Israel is committing crimes in occupying Palestine and depriving Palestinians of their rights to freedom and self-determination and whether Israel is committing crimes according to international law.

There is no doubt that Israel is guilty. Israel has violated countless UN resolutions on Palestine, and ahead of the ICJ hearing Israel passed a law that there will be no two-state solution. This implies that Israel wants to subjugate the Palestinians and deny them freedom and human rights forever.

Israel has committed crimes against the Palestinian people in general and has tortured or murdered or arrested hundreds of thousands of Palestinians.

The real barrier to action by the global community is the US beholden to its Jewish lobby with "The Chosen People" and the "Promised Land" biblical mythology, which feeds into RW Christian fundamentalisn re the coming Armageddon and "Rapture" (...a Mike Pompeo special).
