7 October changed all of this.

No:  war stems from opposing ideologies in the absence of an international rules based system. Do try to think clearly.
Unfortunately for you, Taiwan is part of China, under international (UN) law. The UN won't vote to partition China, unlike when the UN voted to partition Palestine, which is the cause of the present ongoing ME war.
