The sun seems to be working up to the maximum of this current cycle. Even bigger flares possible.

Since 2003. Current cycle is clearly NOT a weak cycle. That means there is no Grand Solar Minimum now. Dubyne was wrong, probably knew he was wrong. Got lots of money from idiots like our Goober. Dubyne has moved on, still preaching disaster and “buy my emergency food.” With all this so clearly and definitely exposed as lies the only decent thing Goober can do is quit as Mod of Environment. He won’t, of course. |

A few weeks ago I was on the Great Southern Ocean road.
The Aurora Australis may be visible from there. I was getting notifications of the likelihood. Am now in Canberra, it will not be visible from here - cloudy |

X5.8 flare! That, I am pretty sure, is the strongest flare this cycle. |

LOL!
The idiot on Twitter who was given some of my info Goober had given to Dubyne was panicking. Denied there was a X5.8 flare today, that the sun was not in a GSM, that the globe was warming etc. He will have a tough time to keep believing all the lies he was told by various conman talking of “the” GSM causing an ice age as the sun keeps working up to SC25 max and the world keeps warming. |

The Aurora may be visible tonight.
If the skies around you are clear |

High hills and thick grey clouds meant I could not see the aurora.

Drat, stick to it, if the clouds clear. The Aurora may be there for a few days. I was in The Great Southern Ocean road 10 days ago and was getting notifications on the likelihood of an Aurora event. Now I am in Canberra and headed north on Monday. Have been an amateur astrologist for decades, saw Haleys comet. Stuff happens |

Another X flare, X1.5. Not sure yet of any associated CME.
All from one active sunspot, that will rotate away from our view soon enough. |
