This is the way it should’ve been dealt with in Bondi maybe?
But here it is… https://www.9news.com.au/national/watergardens-shopping-centre-brawl-unfolds-at-shopping-centre-in-melbourne/b1297b03-b3e6-42e0-bf7e-173a916af139 |

QUESTION; Why can't [professional] magistrates/judges live in publicly funded bail houses ? AND.........If the condition of bail included, that the charged person, live in the same household as the magistrate/judge, would there be the same propensity of the magistrate or judge to issue a 'sympathetic' bail order ? I mean, if magistrates/judges are 'intimately' and professionally, involved with the process of justice [AND THEY ARE!], and if they are dedicated to [community] safety and with the integrity, of the process of law, then why can't 'dedicated' magistrates/judges, themselves, live in bail houses ??? And then, they could experience, 1st hand, the consequence, of their legal and professional decisions. And, wouldn't that knowledge [and experience], motivate them, in the performance of their professional decisions, in their courts of law ? dedicated = = devoted to a task or purpose. |

We need Geoffrey Robertson and Hypothetical...
"It is Cain and Abel cutting season in the North Queensland city of Macheteville, Province of Carcinoma .... local boy Larry Cutter, a banana harvester and part-time banana bender with his own tools and equipment, being a contractor, is on his way to the bank to make a withdrawal.... along the way he meets a couple of his old school friends... Sid 'Vicious' Kaybar and Manny Blades.... they decide to go to the bank together..... but are held up and searched along the way by police who have identified their deep suntans and equipment as being those of persons potentially against the law. Are they being treated unfairly? " |

Another knife welding twat at the same shop centre… again it’s shoppers that bring him to the ground and disarm him… meanwhile… within half hour… police finally turn up. ::)
People are Jack of this and what security for people is there at public shop centres? Do we need to bring pepper sprays in our handbags? https://7news.com.au/news/teen-armed-with-machete-arrested-after-threatening-people-inside-melbourne-shopping-centre-c-14543006 |

When seconds count the Police are half an hour away. Pepper sprays are illegal in all but one state you can't have weapons for self defence our Politicians want criminals to have a safe working environment. Being unarmed against a knife can be dangerous especially if attacker is mentally ill. There is a good chance you will get cut. If you can get a stick or something that swings easy first target area is a good whack on the wrist with hand holding knife if done hard enough they drop the knife. From there whack them with the stick. |

A concise, and unassailable, well made argument, imo. What other conclusion could sane, sensible persons come to ? LEFTIST/NEO-MARXIST GOVERNMENT POLICY....... Enact 'crime mitigation' policies which will ensure that over time, the general community is populated with a large cadre of violent criminals, .....living among the law abiding citizens. Slowly restrict >> the natural rights << of ALL peaceable citizens........arguing, that there are too many violent criminals in society, and argue, that some historically accepted rights must be sacrificed, for the good and for the safety of the whole community. [......this has been happening in all '1st world', 'free nations', for a few decades] |

So… what can I have to arm myself with? How about a big rock in my handbag?
Or better still… a big amethyst rock … that’s acceptable. |

The “coward punch” or “king hit” carries heavy penalties of up to 20 years imprisonment (NSW).
Wearing a dog collar with long spikes also works. Grannies use their walking stick. |
