The USA has isolated forces in several locations in Iraq, several locations in Syria, in Jordan, and in Kuwait.

These US bases will be in danger of obliteration if there is conflict between Iran and the USA if the USA intervenes following a retaliatory attack by Iran against Isarael for its strike on an Iranian consulate in Syria.

There is also a possibility that the downfall of the Jordanian monarchy could be fomented by Iran.
