The Palestinian people themselves will finally oust Hamas and then seek to surrender.

The Russians used Civilian occupations like in the Donesk region of Ukraine as an excuse to make it Russia.
Sort of 'colonisation' conquest. Send in your civilians by immigration then usurp the land politically, then militarily.
With over 600,000 Chinese citizens doing the same across the borders and occupying Russian lands - I'm sure China now has the excuse to do the same beyond just taking Eastern Russia (Siberia) as a whole for the Resources and revenge.
