Prevention of human brains developing Alzheimer's, media presented experts advice are to: play games; read; while seeing television images of elderly people working out puzzles.

     I suggest listening to media radio programming and watching television’s mostly fast talking presenter faces, are an increasing cause of human brains learnt instinctive reaction to not remember what’s being said and or seen.

     I say evolution has designed human brains to work out what’s happening around them within their environment remembering how best solving problems can increase happiness: reduce unwanted exhausting work loads; how better to improve efficiency; how best to defend themselves against enemies; become aware of manipulating user of labour liars... ideas that create memories to allow life to be more worth while living.

     News stories about murders whom listeners don’t know as a familiar named person, personally annoy my sense of interest. I assume news producers repeat same murder stories for several days to familiarise news listeners’ memories, after periods of no reported same murder news stories, reintroducing murder same stories which have no real increased updated news, I assume further annoying listeners need to care to remember. Again such news stories annoy my sense of need to remember what’s being stated as important worthy to remember news.

     I can assume my memory remembering behaviours are declining due to a lack of practised brain remembering behaviours. I do many home maintenance physical tasks requiring handyman tools. I often place tools in places, soon after I can’t remember where I placed tools, spending time searching probable places where tools may have been placed. I blame such behaviours on not spending moments to remember where I left objects, where I last seen objects, behaviours I could suggest coming from watching too much irrelevant news stories and irrelevant drama stories my brain deems unworthy to care to remember, unless stories have seemingly added ideas to posting posts worthy of remembering, similar to this post.

     Watching no advertisement ABC and only 3 advert per hour SBS historical documentaries were one of my favoured pass times... though only hearing spoken words, not watching narrator presenter faces, were best preferred. Having to hear fast spoken non English babble to read (at best) yellow subtitles of suddenly introduced people adding little real knowledge to documentaries, cutting short English speaking narrator’s flow of memorable information are another annoyance to my memory awareness. I pose hearing and reading short streams of hurried information which fails to make memory neuron connections prompting existing memories to become conscious aware, I suggest further adds to Alzheimer’s long term learnt behaviours, I pose that producers of such programs are well aware of such reduced brain behavioural conditioning.

     Drama programming stories having actors playing out stories which have no memory comparisons to viewers’ lives, making simple comments, watching mere commonly seen scenery prompting little need to remember what’s happening, fine for resting brains after exhausting work days, bad for brains naturally requiring brain thought stimulation.

     Human brains become so uninvolved with remembering long streams of complex information, not learning and or practising memorising making new neuron connections using new ideas, the word ‘learn’ due to school learning traumas, becomes a knee-jerk reaction word to avoid hearing unknown memory repressing ideas, bringing back memories of youthful schooling stresses. School education encouraged students to shorten long streams of simple no need for thought data into short memories to answer exam questions, short streams of data remembered with associations of punishing memories mental stresses. I personally can’t remember anything I was supposed to remember while attending school, as I at the time never heard anything worth remembering.
     Doing daily maths at school using remembered maths tables learnt while aged 7 years while not attending school for a year, remembering half hour of maths carried out each day, after returning to school performing maths calculations were easy.
     My memory of school, school learning never associates maths with calculating physical objects, exampling calculating building plan distances with: walls; ceilings; floors; etc. I suggest long term learning maths at school punishes citizenry caring to balance their own finances.

     Media are liken to bible stories. Bible story themes control readers imaginations, bible stories don’t resemble readers real concerning issues, nor does Shakespeare stories resemble real life concerning issues, Shakespeare being the bible replacement examples script writers must follow to have stories produced to be shown.

     Media including religious stories I strongly suggest are intentionally designed, meant to redirect citizenry thought processes away from individual concerning thought processes, preventing citizenry prompted thoughts from being turned into solutions building and reinforcing remembered neuron connection concepts. Media are guiding behavioural pathway prompted thoughts away from individual self-progression, reducing citizenry from becoming more in control of one’s own life, instead being distracted by media presented cultural norms: listening to music; dancing; following sports; following scripted controlled political news stories used by many listeners to boost confidence brain chemical stimuli, caused by people as children were experiencing school learnt teacher demoralisation, children not being able to keep up with lesson tasks and perceived fear of judgements by other classroom students.
     Children into adulthood creating increased delusional belief in their own intelligence of understanding politics, politics being little more than allowing many teacher demoralised people to revisit school classroom felt as intelligent memory judgements judging personal classroom student in-differences, narcissism, big headed beliefs, developed and used to self-medicate repressed insecurity demoralised memories while attending school.

     The learnt instinctive need not to remember not to understand new probable complex data, repressed thought drives human brains toward Alzheimer's.

     The need for students to reduce streams of irrelevant data into shorter streams of memorised data used by government education departments for assessing students ability to learn data by students answering exam questions. Long term repetitive behaviours resulting in conditioned psychological programmed behaviours felt by students’ own repeated brain rewarding stimuli reinforcing beliefs, further improve brain chemical stimuli rewards to have quick to decide/judge during prompted subconscious awareness containing little explanation of when simple ideas become conscious aware, ideas are quickly judged true/false/BS to reduce remembering any complex ideas as was forcibly done due to being overly worked while attending school lessons.
     School forces repressed memory behaviours increasing need to reduce thoughts, long term increasing chances of having Alzheimer’s.
