according to internet sensation, dr andrew huberman, progressing as a human being involves continually doing things you dont want to do.  this would also seem to be the finding of marcus aurelius

so it will be more

1  ice baths
2  sleep on the ground once a month(easy as i have plenty of great bush camps)
3  maybe try to go a couple of days wihout sitting on a chair
4 24 hr fast  once a month
5 no air con in car for a month
6 might try and live on equiv of dole for a month (though thats probably cheating because you know it would end), maybe throw away or donate some stuff you really like
7 eat at resturants i dont really like (korean, chinese, thai)


thing is i enjoy some of those things, so i need to think more about things that really suck

maybe i have to eat maccas and go to a union meeting
