I want to chart these figures on a chart. Aside from doing it by hand, can I do it on the computer?

I want these sorts of figures in a OHLC chart

Using Win Excel or Libre or Open Office.

Place your data in the grids

Highlight the data

In LibreOffice open up Insert and then Chart. You will have a selection of chart types to use from.

I don't use Excel anymore but it is similar.

Thanks, I had a look. It may not do exactly what I want.
It's not that I am overly fussy, but this is what I want

You can get templates for stocks etc for excel, LibreOffice calc.
