PMS - Shouting at your husband a lot seems to help.

Apart from that Sorry I don't know. There are some supplements that are meant to help and eating fruit may also.

I just needed the slightest hint from a gmod- and it all came back- ignoring usually works for me- I'm happy now-

I usually get shouted at on the last day so I use
