Amazing photography in many wavelengths.
This recent clip by Astrum shows us layer by layer of the many faces of our Sun.
I sometimes wonder if the plasma jets shot out into space, harden and become asteroids, when they cool down?

How much plasma drops back onto the surface of the sun (it is cooler and so darker then the plasma being ejected.

Short answer: No, CME ejecta does not form asteroids on cooling.
