Yup, below left of the text window is the button “Choose file.” If the image is on a website (like the one Booby copied the photo of Socks to) use the Image button third from the left on the top row of buttons above the text window.

Be aware that thieves and doxxers like Booby might steal the image.

If the image is on the Ozpolitic data base you can load it as per this one
with the insert image 3rd from top left and image brackets will be formed around it.
Select the link and click insert image.   :)

less than 200K in size and less than 800 pixels in width unless
you put image tags around a larger picture from a link to another site.

You will need a photo editing program like "Paint" to reduce its size.

Actually - open the photo - right click on it and find 'resize image' - look down to find the number of kb the image is - and if it's too large - I mostly click on 'percentage' and make a guess at what percentage will give you a usable picture.  It will tell you at the bottom the old size in kb and the new size in kb, so you can change it if it's too small.

that's good and you can resize the image too:

With Firefox in another moved tab - you right click on image and click inspect Q

Then as you make the picture smaller by grabbing and holding window
you will get resize info in a box at the RHS.

I'm sure Monk will forgive me lol
