I slept about 3 hours Sunday morning then 9 solid hours last night.
I still have to bank a few extra hours to catch up.

Today, did a cold plunge when I woke up, did legs at the gym, then a 1 hour sauna, finally a 5km job which 2nd born was at swimming. Feel great!

People should stay awake for 5 days/nights straight.
Then sleep entirely through 2 days/nights.
That way the body/mind/spirt thing is attuned to a weekly cycle and not a mere 24 hour cycle.
This extends 'time' and thus allows for a longer life cycle overall. Plus, 2 days/nights of fasting (sleeping) ain't too bad. It teaches the mind/body/spirit thing to adapt in along the path to 'longevity'.
It also breaks the duality of Good & Evil blah blah by breaking the awake for day only and asleep for night only.
There is much to gain by sleeping with the sun and being awake and aware to the way of the night.
This creates a new cognitive ability to see through the illusions of light and dark.
I recommend many Astro/Cosmo Physicists to practice this discipline - especially if they want to 'see' Dark Energy/Matter and not sleep through it with their eyes closed to it.
Some may be Down Under in Australia to the superior North America 'up there'. But others are also a 'Day Ahead' here, to the North America that is 'back there' at the End of the World.
Time and Space have their realities and their illusions.
