Title: Zhilei Zhang sends another to zzzzz
Post by Jasinner on Sep 24th, 2023 at 6:35pm
Chinese Heavyweight Boxing sensation Zhilei Zhang once again proves without a doubt that he is the Dark Horse in Heavyweight Boxing with a 'awesome' KO of British Joe Joyce rematch after pulverising Joyce's face to a TKO in their first fight.

It's pretty obvious that only Tyson Fury, Oleskander Usyk and maybe Anthony Joshua might have what it takes to put up a fight against a very powerful and accurate Zhang.

KO in 3rd round.

Joyce is set to take home $500,000 with $2mill from PPV. This is on top of the $7m salary and $24m bonus from airline ticket sales and sacking baggage handlers. Zhang wants seats to Mascot Terminal pay-out if the market can raise the revenue. Joyce of course has lost face.

Okay... as a serious opponent of boxing as a
misnamed "sport" can someone clarify the
morals and ethics of this scenario.

If this fight had occurred on the footpath outside
the stadium, Zhang would've been charged by
police for assault occasioning bodily harm.

Joyce suffered a severe concussion from the punch
Zhang threw, as evidenced by his immediate lack of
motor control, and collapse.

As this happened, the commentator and the crowd
react to it with loud and enthusiastic cheering, as
though something truly remarkable had happened.
When in fact it marked a serious, and probably one
of a series, of concussive injuries Joyce has suffered
during his career (such as it is).

Disgusting.

Another training method is for two young boys to start smoking. Eventually one of them is still standing compared to the other.

As someone who has had his f_ucking lights punched out by a 58 year old ex-pro Liberty Valance at Ye Old School Gym at Smeaton Grange (Daniel Geale's).
I can honestly say it was a real honour and a privilege.

A concussion is a traumatic brain injury that affects your brain function. Effects are usually temporary but can include headaches and problems with concentration, memory, balance and coordination.  The victim becomes illogical, deranged and really unusual.

I suppose its better than being a military grub 6ft in the ground shooting bullets at other human beings that they hardly ever really look them in the eye.

The eyes close up, the brain is shot and posts become punch-drunk. About 530 deaths over the years.

Personally, I think they should bring out the Lifer's and Death Row criminals for some good old Gladiator entertainment.
"Chop off his head!!!" :D

Only 0.5% of people could be deemed psychopaths. Yet around 8% of male and 2% of female prisoners are psychopaths.

Would that be as many deaths as motorsport?

Lawn Bowls is a really popular game but the most dangerous sport as well. This game is the highest death claimer worldwide. The players are deeply involved in the game till their last breath. They stop at nothing short of victory, in their pursuit. Those who escape death end up with bruises, torn knees, broken hips, and bone fractures. The game generates extreme stress resulting in strokes and even heart attack. This most dangerous sport is very enthusiastic and produces nail-biting results whenever and wherever played.

Boxing is much more fun as both a spectator and participant sport, personally of course.

Dodgems
Ride alone or with a sidekick and prepare to dodge the other crazy cars (and drivers) that sometimes have minds of their own. Dodgems can be a bumpy ride so you’ll need to keep your seat belt fastened and arms inside the cars during the ride.

For better results, there are Formula 1 side shows with burning wrecks, suicide explosions and lawn bowls hurled at breakneck speed at the enemy.

09. Boxing

No one can reasonably argue that boxing is not the most dangerous sport. Most boxers end up with some type of enduring injury, be it vision or coordination issues, discourse obstructions, or even brain damage. And also, they have been disabled in wheelchairs.

Boxing has to do with violence, where the only objective of the participant is to hit his opponent; not surprisingly, this is not an injury-free sport. Statistics reveal that 90% of boxers suffer brain damage during their career. In any case, with the privilege of defensive rigging, you can limit the danger of injury.

Approximately 10 people die each year in boxing from approximately head and neck injuries sustained. The number grows much more when you consider the number of people who died after a prolonged race of hitting their heads.

'Muay Thai is a full contact martial art that uses the fists, elbows, knees and feet to strike an opponent. Strikes to the groin were allowed.'
It will be legal in Australia footie with 2 points for killing a combatant and free kick to the groin when you feel like it.

Seems everyone in NSW & QLD would cheer when both teams physically assaulted each other, without padded gloves, when they go the Biff-brawls and punch ups.
What about Bouncers in cricket? One of which has killed a batsman.

Regardless of 'dangerous' sports, its still a far cry from what the Military industry is about: legalised Murder.

08. Cheerleading
The past few decades have seen a development of a new joyful but risky trend in sports. The morale lifting is entrusted to dancing girls grouped just outside the field lines. They jump into action at the slightest advantage taken by their team. These girls in skimpy outfits cannot feel the danger instantly.

All happens in seconds when team players chasing the ball suddenly change direction or the fast superstars are carried over by their sheer body momentum and come banging into these fragile jumping dolls completely unprotected to bear such impacts. The result is obvious. The whole glamour vanishes away instantly by the sudden onrush of misery in this most dangerous sport. Broken legs, ribs, spinal injuries, and bruises are the most common. Reportedly about 20000 cheerleading girls suffer injuries every year worldwide. Much is needed by them safety-wise. There are many arguments is cheerleading a sport?

'a far cry from what the Military industry is about'.
Nah.
'Kinetic Fighting is the all-encompassing name that represents the foundation of my close-quarters battle methods and principles. It pertains to all of my work with Australian and US military, including Special Forces Close-Quarter Fighting and Integrated Combat, Infantry Integrated Combat and the Army Combatives Program.'
Boxing is for the Aussie battler.
