Vale.

He was a very interesting character.  Confusing.  Suggestive of gender issues, craftsman, and handy poster.

RIP.

He has been sick for a while and was in hospital for several weeks that time. He had lung and heart issues.  I havent been told what got him in the end but judging from the amount of antibiotics they were pumping into him i suspect sepsis.

Damn, Kat was an interesting poster and there are few of those left here.

RIP Kat. You will be missed.

Alinta wrote on Sep 6th, 2023 at 9:34am:
I used to chat with him a fair bit back in the Yahoo days. Always complex and forthright - very much a seeker of social justice.  I also recall a newspaper photo /article when his brother died some time ago.....and yes, he certainly looked like a he. Can't comment re his views on gender issues.

Vale Kat.

This is absolutely heart-breaking news!

I've known Kat since Yahoo and can only agree with Alinta, he was a passionate voice for those in most need of advocacy. Truly a thinking, caring human.

The world was a better place for having him in it.

Vale.

RIP Kat.

That is sad to hear.  :-[
RIP Kat
He certainly was an interesting poster and as with all posters, I always like to read all the different viewpoints and learn much from them, as well as learn about myself.
We are all drawn to the forum and get to know each other from a different deeper perspective as we would other wise if in person.
Thanks to let us know Spot, there’s a few that seem awol and I wish I knew how Xavier/Jasin was after he said he got covid.

Thanks Spot.

I liked Kat, read his opinions for many years. One of the good guys.
