I observed it last night. A larger and brighter full moon, but not blue by any stretch of the imagination.

Maybe a bit of poetic licence with camera settings?

It was taken in Brisbane by the granddaughter of the person who sent it to me so no idea about settings. Could ask if you really want to know—it is obvious tho.
