Well - why wouldn't they have sometimes made landfall here - looks Chinese to me.

No big deal.  Just hand the joint over to the Moluccans.

'interacted with' - like Captain Cook, they ran into the joint.... they came, they saw, they went away..... WOW!!  Complex interaction and international trade via the land trade routes ...... I can just see them guys lugging them stone bowls 300 miles to the ocean to trade for some old fish... just pack 'em on the ute.... that's her over there - that old sheila...

Papuans were the first to use 'canal farming and agriculture' in the world 9,000 years ago that was similar to what evolved in the Middle-East 6,000 years ago.

There was 'trade' of techniques between Papuans and Cape York Aborigines to some extent - but for reasons unknown, the Aborigines didn't adopt the Papuan's way of farming.

Ahhhh... MYTE... that's 'work' - easier to catch a cane toad for supper...... a fish trap or two was enough work for a year or so.... give it a break...

Yeah just like the Bradshaws in the Kimberley depicting different peoples.

You've been told before about Moluccan influence in NT & top end of WA.

The Papuan way of farming was slash & burn subsistence farming. And you're right Aboriginals didn't adopt it.

However Torres Strait Islanders who are Melanesians like Papuans certainly did.

The whole case for Land Rights in Australia - the MABO Case & decision was based on Eddie Mabos claim for a slash & burn subsistence garden plot of land on Murray(Mer) Island 188 klm off the tip of Cape York in the Coral Sea.

Had nothing to do with mainland Australia.

And communities on the tip of Cape York ...like Seisia have a predominantly Melanesian/Islander base.

And...............................

They liked Chinese...
They liked Chinese..
Even without the deep freeze,
'Cause they're sweet and they're tasty and they go down with ease.

They liked Chinese hams,
Racks that looked a lot like lambs,
Leftovers with different types of jams,
'Cause they're sweet and they're tender and make leftover spam.

They liked Chinese as food,
Now don't you go being rude,
Cannibals are not always crude,
They like well-cooked and tender and easily chewed....

Theeeey liked Chine-ese!!

Ain't I a bastard?  Thank you... thank you.....

The more people involved in a conspiracy, the more likely it is to leak out, Matty.  There have been hundreds of thousand people involved in the Northern Territory since it's founding and not one has ever leaked.  Somehow it doesn't sound like the typical Northern Territorians, now does it?  You are bullshitting, Matty.  You always do when you encounter criticism or questioning of your beliefs, like a Troll.  You prefer to bluster rather than present any proof because there isn't any, now is there?  Tsk, tsk, tsk...   ::) ::)

Someone not even involved in the study even gets input because she suggest Aboriginals were a sea faring people... Without evidence but it should gain as much traction as their grain farms.

Professor Sue O'Connor, who was not involved in the study, said the findings suggested some Indigenous Australians may have left the mainland for Maluku, which is part of the Indonesian archipelago.

Jesus - there was a golden chance lost - ball dropped over the try line - to pre-empt any claim of Non Terra Nullius... could've shipped 'em all out to civilisation and seafood.... now we're stuck with the Aborassic Park National Zoo project as the only viable solution.  At least it will bring the tourists....

Hospital employees and police are officially silenced and cannot report to the media about the horror they witness - that is the fact.

But you have problems with reality

Yes you do, don't you, Matty?  Oh, dearie, dearie, me, hundreds of thousands of people all doing as they are told, hey?  Tsk, tsk, tsk...   ::) ::)

Yeah, sure, Matty, sure.  I suppose they also suppress that Martians have landed in the Northern Territory and are being hidden?  Run along back to your bridge, Troll.  Tsk, tsk, tsk...   ::) ::)

It is covered up

As 8:21 am nears …and the offices of Parliament House are filled

Can a government beauracrat please find out the condition of the 1 year old child smashed over the head with a bottle and airlifted to Adelaide.

Could you please let the public know ?

As WE CARE

Don’t hide away and try and dismiss this

Our children deserve better than what’s happening to them

Maybe also release other incidents that have been covered up ???

And the impression one gets from reading your posts, Matty, no white person ever breaks the law, hey?  It is all the Indigenous people who are at fault, all the time, hey?  Tsk, tsk, tsk...   ::) ::)

Imprisonment rates
The rate - 202 persons per 100,000 adult population:

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander imprisonment rates 2,383 persons per 100,000 adult Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander

202 - general rate
2,383 - Aboriginal rate

20 times more likely to commit crimes

https://www.abc.net.au/news/2010-04-08/aboriginal-people-20-times-more-likely-to-commit/2602494

Indigenous people are 15 to 20 times more likely to commit violent offences than non-Indigenous people according to research released today.

The Australian Institute of Criminology analysed police data from Western Australia and South Australia and national murder rates.

The Institute's Director, Dr Adam Tomison says the study found violent offending is linked to illicit drug use, childhood violence, exposure to pornography and socioeconomic disadvantage.

But he says alcohol is by far the biggest cause of violent offending by indigenous people.

You still don't understand statistics, do you, Matty?  Correlation does not denote causation.  Repeat that a thousand, a hundred thousand times until it sinks in.  Stop making first year Stats students' mistakes.  WOFTAM.  Tsk, tsk, tsk...   ::) ::)

So what did these couple of painting solve?  The common knowledge that occasionally a boat of some kind made landfall up there somewhere?

It was the hub of Aboriginal International Trade.. ;D

that was their office & the paintings  portraits of the family of the CEO & Executives.

Standby for the new ABC Bruce Pascoesq show called the "First Inventors".

They even admit they will be rewriting history.

Yu no we design da aerodynamics ob a piss ob wood ey?

That's nearly word perfect of one fella talking about the boomerang in the ad. ;D

I won't be watching the BS..... it's for the likes of gullible twats ... like Bwyan, Smi & co.

How coincidental it's just in time for the push of the "Yes" campaign snowjob.

Even my wife who usually does not comment on politics of the day or issues about race has had a gutful of all these Aboriginal Industry snowjobs ...with TV ads, programs, in sport & now in woke Corporate policy.

The Harold Holt govt in 1967 never funded a "NO" vote campaign either.....

but for the very reason that there was not one Parliamentarian on either side of the house who had spoken out against it or voted no in the Parliamentary vote.

As there was a no vote from the LNP for the up coming referendum....

Albanese should have been obliged to fund the "No" campaign equally.

Best to know your enemy ..... and that's what it's coming to.... madness in the streets.... let's call it assymetrical lawfare.... breaking the law and getting away with it and leaving an impact... a.k.a. terrorism .....

The thing is - if we had all these neo-Nazis around the place - when it comes to defacing statues and such - they'd form a line around the statues to prevent it.... but there are hardly enough of them.... unlike the 'woke'..... and yet we are to believe the 'woke' only rise up against the Nazis... madness in the streets....

Well - FFS - hand the nation and land over to the Original Invaders - the Moluccans  and leave it at that... they can have the far north but not the mineral rights... (heh, heh) ....
