What do you do if a dog comes running towards you barking and looking to bite you?

Me? Well I bend down and pretend to pick up a rock. It has worked every time as I know the dog is thinking "Dang! Chinaman has Wok!" :o

If it is a big dog, you would need a weapon to fight it off. If it is a small dog, you could probably stare it down and intimidate it away from you. It will change its mind about attacking you.
