I'd never actually heard of him before. Nor did I know he was the brother in law of Terence Darrell Kelly, Cleo Smith's kidnapper.
Fancy that, two abo child kidnappers from one family. Kidnapper? Wasn't Terrence Kelly given Cleo to take, at the request of the parents?
