They sell about 1M cars per year in China.
Prob not up to Japanese or Sth Korean quality but will look very good on the price comparison.

It is very difficult to buy many items other than from China, but that does not mean we should just throw our hands up in the air, and say whats the point avoiding Chinese products, especially capital items like cars. These bastards are supporting dictatorships in North Korea, Burma, Russia and Iran to mention a few. So if you are thinking of buying a Chinese car, think about Human Rights in China, and the future of Taiwan.

I wouldn't buy anything Chinese if there is an alternative.

I wonder what shape the headlights are?

Nah. They're good but like every car, not without issues. The difference is, they've been doing good customer service.

I just listened to an in depth take on that. They says sure it's not good, but it's a part of the car that would miss out on the galvanising treatment anyway. But they also stated that in China, only export models are galvanised so perhaps they don't take the process seriously, or they skimped on how much gal/m2 is needed.

With the cost of energy going sky high, except China, many cars may be priced out of the market.

More bad news for BYD owners ... that guy on Twitter has cracked a wheel rim on his new Atto 3 and has found out that there is an 8 week delay on spare parts. Another person said that that goes for windscreens too .... 8 weeks to get a replacement.  :o

A very long wait for new Hybrids too.

Avoid new cars, especially those electric capatalist machines.  ;D
