Seems the Perthonians needed to have a couple of Riots on Wellington and Moore Streets where heaps of Riot police had to turn up. A few got injured and about 7 rioters were taken into custody. If you watch the clip - it's obvious that the Cheer Mobs were probably the instigators.

That's not "news".

There are riots in that park nearly every night.

It just so happens that the "news" crew were out and about in the city because it was Australia Day (lame fireworks show).

If they went to that park a few times a week, they'd be able to film a brawl nearly every time.

All cities have their parks where Boongs hang out get drunk and cause endless trouble, Australia Day would be special for them especially after Lydia Thorpes call for a WAR!

The point is that they did so on a Day that was paying tribute to this country, regardless of the reason behind it.
Maybe they should do it again on Christmas Day for you or New Years as well?
Lots of families and children out an about on that Day, no?
