Hi sir Nail,
that's very nice of the Govt. to do that - how about compensation for the families? |

That's nice, Sir Nail.
But, I'll bet the "jab victims" graveyard isn't anywhere near as big as this one. ![]() |

Crikey! It's all legit!
https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/deceased-covid-19-vaccine-recipient-payments-and-funeral-costs-you-can-claim-through-covid-19?context=55953#a1 WHAT IS THE COVID-19 VACCINE CLAIMS SCHEME? The Australian Government has developed a claims scheme that can be accessed by people who have suffered a moderate to significant impact following an adverse reaction to vaccination for COVID-19. The scheme currently only covers claims from the three vaccines that are approved for use in Australia by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (“TGA”): Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca); Comirnaty (Pfizer); and Spikevax (Moderna). The vaccines covered by the scheme may change in the future. One of the fantastic things about the scheme is that you can make a claim online seeking reimbursement for expenses or compensation for your injury without the need to involve a lawyer or commence formal legal proceedings. |

This further link explains more:
https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/who-can-get-support-under-covid-19-vaccine-claims-scheme?context=55953 To be eligible you need to have met ALL of the following. You must have: received a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved COVID-19 vaccine met the definition of harm, like one of the clinical conditions listed in the policy been admitted to hospital as an inpatient because of the harm you suffered or seek a waiver losses or expenses of $1,000 or more, excluding pain and suffering, due to the COVID-19 vaccination. You can find more information about the COVID-19 vaccine claims scheme and policy on the Department of Health and Aged Care website. When we assess your claim we may need to consult with TGA, the Department of Health and Aged Care or an independent expert panel. How to meet the definition of harm To meet the definition of ‘harm’, your doctor must diagnose you with an eligible condition or injury covered by the scheme. Your doctor needs to: advise the specific harm you suffered was most likely caused by the COVID-19 vaccine and that other circumstances are less likely complete a COVID-19 vaccine claims scheme medical report, which you must include with your claim. Which conditions are eligible If you had AstraZeneca Vaxzeria, the following clinical conditions are accepted under the scheme: Anaphylactic reaction Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome Capillary leak syndrome Demyelinating disorders including Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS) Thrombocytopenia, including immune Thrombocytopenia. If you’ve had Pfizer/Biontech Comirnaty or Moderna Spikevax, the following clinical conditions are accepted under the scheme: Anaphylactic reaction Myocarditis Pericarditis. If you had Novavax Nuvaxovid, the clinical condition of anaphylactic reaction is accepted under the scheme. Which injuries are eligible The following clinically diagnosed injuries are also accepted under the scheme, regardless of which TGA approved vaccine you’ve had: a shoulder injury you got when you received a COVID-19 vaccine other moderate to significant physical injuries that caused permanent impairment, or the need for an extended period of medical treatment. In both cases, the injuries must have been sustained during the physical act of being given the vaccine. |

It's hardly gonna break the government's bank LOL. The TGA closely reviews all deaths reported in the days and weeks after COVID-19 vaccination. Quote:
To 6 October, there were more than 63 million total doses administered in Australia, so the 14 possible deaths are statistically insignificant. Ten of those deaths involved vaccine-induced thrombocytopaenic conditions. This equates to 0.00002% or a 1 in 4,500,000 chance of the COVID vaccine possibly causing your death. Which compares with 1 in 4,100 from diabetes or 1 in 3,400 from Alzheimer's disease. |
