travelled 750 miles (1,200 km) on a single charge.

877 km from Sydney to Melbourne.

You could drive from Melbourne to Sydney on one charge.

What's the cost of manufacturing the Mercedes's battery, and its
replacement cost? And what about its disposal and/or recycling costs?

I can do that on one tank of petrol in my Mitsubishi Colt. For a tiny
fraction of the cost/km.

The battery cost etc - who knows?
This was an experimental, research car but Mercedes is a serious company
so I would expect this technology to make it to the market
and at a reasonable cost.
