If the judgement went Elden's way, people who possess the Nirvana "Nevermind" album could be in possession of child porn. But Spencer seems so smug that I cannot imagine he could win a fight with a punching bag. The band could just show a number of pictures of Elden re-enacting the picture throughout his life. Not concerned about child porn then, were you Spencer?
