a priori / apriority  "not based on prior study or examination"  aka "Assumed".

postpriori "relating to or derived by reasoning from observed facts" aka "Observational"

I was familiar with the dictionary definition of these terms . I was attempting to understand how they related to the quoted figures.
If one column is indeed ‘not based on prior study or examination’ what is the point of quoting such figures and where did they come from?
