Hi Everyone,

Non existent customer service.

I couldn’t get into my internet banking with ANZ after 3 attempts this morning.
I tried phoning 2 of their numbers but I needed a special
number that I don’t have and have never heard of -  to continue.
Couldn’t get through.
There was no human to talk to.
I phoned my branch and got put onto an answering machine.
I finally used another browser and I got through to do my banking.
That was 40 minutes later.

Change to a smaller bank. The large banks aren't for the man in the street Bobby, they're for wealthy business investors who are trying to get wealthier.

Sometimes when I have trouble with businesses who are giving me a hard time, I say "I'll talk to the Police about it when I'm next in town" ... and that usually produces quick results, it's the word "Police" they don't want to hear

I'm with a small bank, it's well known in Sydney, and I get through quick and treated like a human. But if you don't want to change from your big bank, get the phone number of your branch if you can, or someone in the branch. Stop using the global generic number, that's only for mugs

That's how I deal with my bank - it's quick and easy, and it's a real person.

THERE ARE A FEW OTHERS (besides Banks), WHO DON'T GIVE MUCH EITHER!!!
