Title: NSW Government crisis: Nats vs Libs
Post by Bam on Sep 10th, 2020 at 1:22pm
Koala bill causes NSW Government crisis as John Barilaro says Nationals will effectively leave Coalition

Quote:
Key points:
* The Nationals' 13 Lower House and six Upper House MPs will move to the cross bench
* Officially, NSW's Coalition remains intact
* However, Premier Gladys Berejiklian no longer has the numbers to pass laws
* Nationals won't surrender Ministerial portfolios

Yep I'm watching this with interest

Wog versus wog .... both of them better consult Traditional Aussie the honorable Governor Margaret Beazley before they go cutting each others European throats

I don't trust the Libs, and I don't trust the Nats. Only the Koalas should be the winners, with no compromises. Get politics right out of it

How many Koalas were killed in the bush fires?

Throw a bucket of water over them before Gladys screeches at Barilaro, "I've got a longer name than you"

NSW Liberal-National Coalition Government MPs clash over koala policy

Quote:
The NSW Government has been saved from collapse after National Party leader and Deputy Premier John Barilaro reneged on his threat to stop supporting Government legislation over the state's koala protection policy.

I expect that the Nats will be choosing a new leader very soon.

Maybe Barilaro will even quit politics?

Gladys was always going to win, her surname is longer than "Barilaro"

However, it's imperative that the Koalas come out as the ultimate winners .... no matter who has to become a Greenie to do it

Read ...

A June report estimated at least 5,000 koalas died in NSW during the Black Summer bushfires.

The report presented to the NSW Upper House claimed 80 per cent of some koala habitats were destroyed by blazes.

There should be no politics in this issue. Koalas are not political, nor were the Tasmanian Tigers. We'll have none of anything the way the major parties are going

Barilaro needs to stick to what Italians are good for - growing grapes and olives....

Amazing how these dopes can get so up in arms about 'restricting development' when such things as national wildlife parks/preserves are long overdue here and especially up north in GoneAnnaland where the white shoe brigade still reign supreme and koala habitat is slaughtered almost daily without a second thought - in the name of development.

There is NOTHING to prevent any government from declaring a specific area untouchable - the bastards can build around it without a hiccup, so they should STFU and get with the program.

Waiting for the fur and feathers to fly over the proposed mega sanctuary at Bellingen/Dorrigo - ooooh, the savage restrictions on development   ::)  ::) ::)   .... FORK the development!
