Tried it again with 2 different proxies.
You're locked out unless you're logged in.

Anyway - that's good -
Monk's forum is basically offline to everyone except logged in members.
Only about 10 members will ever read it.

Thanks for the debug, Booby. Quite a few guests managed to read it. Told the developer to add a “Just browsing” window for those, like you, that need help.
