Cloud seeding is a "drop in the ocean" when compared to the drivers of weather systems.

Getting moisture to coalesce around a spray of particles to get some of the water out of a cloud is not going to affect the big picture.

Would not the sane thing to do about this extreme weather that is happening over the whole world.
