Melbourne's East has copped a large Ice (Hail) Storm and near Dubbo a huge Dust Storm blew up.

Aboriginals never had Dust Storms.
Seems Whitey's Farming doesn't really cope with drought conditions and all they create is dust barrens for winds to blow up.

Major storm north west Canberra, Hail as big as golf balls, the street is literally white!

Even smashed the inner sky light cover in my laundry !

And also the outer sky light cover and 2 small sheets of clear plastic sheeting panels on back deck

Not long after Redmond told me about the Hail Ice Storm in Canberra.

We copped possibly the most intense rain storm in ages.
It was sunny and hot.
"Should I do some washing and hang it in the sun?"
I didn't as it suddenly came over so dark, I had to put lights on and then thunder and the first 'heavy' rain in ages.
Just in case, I and neighbours rushed to put our vehicles under cover.
Then after a few hours - sunny and hot again.
I've been up since 3am eternal.
It's been raining a bit during the dark morning.

Why do you do it

Next: much of Australia's today was inland sea and when that inland sea vanished in the mists of time, what remained was the seabed as evidenced by fossils sticking out of the ground for anyone to pick up

the top layers of that dried up sea are dust

and winds have blown those dusts around since the vanishing of the ancient inland sea

So unless your Abos confined themselves to the rainforests and coastal fringes, they certainly experienced dust storms and in fact I think they're covered in the dot paintings and other aboriginal lore
