But now that we know 50 countries around the world are conducting weather and climate change experiments what proportion of these changes can be attributed to climate change and what proportion can be attributed to the experiments.

I have not seen any scientific paper that was stupid enough to say that human CO2 causes climate change. That would be just too idiotic so nobody with any scientific knowledge would propagate.
The most they say is that it is a contributory factor. To what extent it is contributory, nobody knows because nobody knows how the climate actually works.
That last bit of information is the absolute latest scientific information on the climate.
Yes, people model it, people run stats on it (all the climate alarmist hooey IS about statistics and even you know the adage about statistics). But climate is not like chemistry or physics or even biology where experiments can be designed, run and reproduced. Climate science is statistics, not experimental science. It cannot be experimental science since the subject matter is not testable.

As old Karnal from Pakistan likes to remind everyone, correlation is not causation.
