I doubt that, but he was Chief Commissioner of the Climate Commission for a period. The Commission was a panel of leading scientists and business experts whose mandate was to provide an "independent and reliable" source of information for all Australians I suppose he could have lectured China on its failures as well but I doubt he would have had an audience! |

But he did have a Masters of Business Adminstration. So that would mean he can handle the paper work of a fire service but he ouldn't know jack schist about fires per se. ;) |
