Bloody hell...I am trying to post some good stuff in the 'Funny' Thread at Relationships.  Keep getting....'Photo is too large etc.'

Why is that FD?  I have zero problems posting them at other places including Monk's.

If it's too large, just use Gimp to resize it or convert it. It's what I use. It's free.

If you use Windows there is Paint that allows you to re-size pictures. The best size is 640 x 480.

If you have a digital camera, you could try setting the resolution to the lowest setting and taking a photo of whatever you want to upload, then upload the photo. If it is still too big then take the photo from further away and crop it in paint.

Too big is probably the file size not the image dimensions. As others have pointed out, scale the image in an image editor which will reduce file size and image dimensions or save it in a format that is compressed like lossy jpeg or both.

Not unusual. It used to be the screen size for VGA and is neither too big nor too small. Good all round size to post here.

I have a gmail account, is that a toss away? I have an account at a hosting business that I do consultation for, is that throwaway? I have an 5 email addresses for my domain, are they throwaway? In fact the one email I don't use or have never even set up is with the ISP I have been with for 20 years. I even use a VPN. Am I Neferti?

You should leave other members alone until they cross the line and stop quizzing every new member. This is why I have said you should bugger off, you're a pestering pissant. The site would be better off without your constant paranoia and personal preconceptions. Why do you think you have the right to question other members like you do? Go revive Aussie Bloke and see how it goes, there you can be king. Hell I'd even help set it up for you.

Have your tried resizing the images? It's not hard, I'd be happy to send you a tutorial.
