So Raven was away for work and attempted to log on from his phone however when he tried he gets the above message and can't access the site. Any ideas what's going on?

If a proxy server is set up on the client computer try turning it off ?

nah .... it's Set's doing. He had to do something to stop all the attacks on the forum.

If it is blocking proxies not using a proxy would still fix it ?

Raven, can you get on chrome or whatever browser you use on your phone and go to https://www.whatismyip.com/ and PM me the ip address?

Rather surprised Set as a Gmod would have access to setting up stuff like that,

I thought one would have to be at Admin level of access to do that!
