Farmers normally let their cattle roam the paddocks and fertilise the farms with cattle droppings. But, I am assuming you meant farms that grow food.

Cods.....I have cousins on my maternal side who own and run cane farms.  I can assure you that when they need a piss or a crap, they do not high tail it back to the House.  There is plenty of privacy in the cane.

No doubt you have relatives who dont see the need for a toilet. However, Australian farmers do not routinely fertilise their fields with raw human excrement as you and that other idiot Smith suggest. That would be highly illegal.  Its as simple as that fact.
