Oh, and even if it isn't, it can be ensured that the tax cut is back-dated to July 1. Also, the ATO has said that they can alter the tax tables to ensure taxpayers do not miss out once the legislation is passed. But the issuing of writs is out of his control. It's hardly his fault that counting is taking more time than predicted.

That's quite right....but that is not what he promised, is it?  He failed to deliver on the one job he said he would do THREE days after the election.
