Normally  they do via the Albury Sperm Bank.
But there are quite a number of males who 'do the deed' naturally. I remember one female friend co-worker who sized me up to be her sperm donor but went for a Black Man instead, eventually.
A neighbour who did it naturally with her best friend's husband, because her friend couldn't fall pregnant even with IVF.
The 'natural' conception is far better than the costly IVF which has a high chance of 'abnormalities' in the child and I've seen a few of those.
I've had a few male friends who have said "No" to doing such for women, as well. It's not an easy thing to do although it is the best way to do it.
Hell, I know a married hetero couple who the wife puts a pillow over her husband's face when they do it.  ;D
