Title: Lowereing the Population for the Enviroment Post by DonDeeHippy on Apr 28th, 2019 at 6:55am
Most times when Climate change or the Earth getting destroyed or Animal species dying, someone will come up with.
"we are to over populated" So far I haven't really heard any reasonable ways this can be done. Yes Yes we can kill the poor or the Muslims or go Mad Max style and let anarchy rule. None of these ways are realistic. I use the guideline of" if I want a depopulation would I be willing to support those measures if it involved my own family", would I want to see some of my grandchildren culled for the worlds sake, would I be happy to have no grandchildren. Education is always the big one that you hear will change things.... will education stop a couple of horney teens from rooting or stop sexual abuse in a war..... Contraception seems to be the best solution, maybe even putting it in the water of some places like fluoride (although there would be no choice there) Let the women around the world have free access to contraceptives, that might do it. We always seam to think of the 3rd world countries when we think of population problem but there are lots of other people in the world, so how about them. Start to penalize people who have kids instead of rewarding them like we do in Australia. Was china's solution of 1 child really so bad. I'm sure there are reasonable ways to reduce the population and id love to hear them. ;) |

This will sound cruel but it's needed:
People all over the world should need a license to breed. There should be compulsory abortions and a large fine for woman who get pregnant without a license. People with undesirable traits should not got a license. People who don't have any way of properly supporting their children should not get a license. Undesirable traits could be: low IQ - no more halfwits breeding more halfwits. obesity, short & fat, congenital abnormalities, medical conditions based on hereditary such as diabetes or a family history of insanity. Any other trait considered to be unwanted. |

https://cleantechnica.com/2019/04/27/the-agriculture-industry-is-responsible-for-multidrug-resistance-resulting-deaths/
A yeast is killing immunocompromised patients in hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes at a fast pace — up to 40-60% of those who suffer bloodstream infections now die in a month’s time. The reason for the rise in patient deaths is agricultural applications, which generate drug resistance across multiple human bacterial infections. This drug resistance kills 23,000-100,000 in the US annually. If you extend that death toll to global infections, we’re looking at 700,000 people worldwide. Is this sort of thing what we need to get rid of the population ? ;) |

A Uganda mom pumps out 38 children!
Mariam Nabatanzi takes a family portrait with some of her children at their home in Kasawo village, March 8. Mariam Nabatanzi gave birth to twins a year after she was married off at the age of 12. Five more sets of twins followed - along with four sets of triplets and five sets of quadruplets. Three years ago, however, the 39-year-old Ugandan was abandoned by her husband, leaving her to support their surviving 38 children alone. REUTERS/James Akena BBWhWaL.jpg (55 KB | 23

It's sobering to learn that those with a good quality of life make up only 8% of the world's population
To qualify in that 8%, a person must have access to water, food, education, medicine The percentage must shrink when you add easily accessed transportation, unlimited consumer goods, sophisticated surgery, unhindered travel and all that we enjoy in this country and UK, US, much of Europe interestingly, it is those in the top 8% and higher echelons who are concerned about overpopulation and it is those in that top handfull of privilege who have restricted their own breeding to around 2 children. In other words, those who enjoy the best lifestyles and opportunities are diminishing their own numbers the remaining 92% continue to increase their populations, often to massive and unsustainable degree The governments of the top 8% are importing people from the 92% |

There are many measures to reduce the population within the law.
lets see here are some, Cigarettes Why doesn't the government legislate so tabaco companies have to take out all the chemicals that aren't in natural tabaco, shelf life comes to mind. Medicine, Pills & Co After 70 years of age its up to the person whether they want the medication....its law....after 70 you're pretty much on the scrap heap, if you decide no more pills then happy birthday to you. After 80 if you get hospitalized you're pretty much f@rked....lucky to get out alive, would have to be a strong old fella or gal...they asses and administer whether the patient can take it is another matter. I should add that if you're lucky to be in the 1% or associated with them or just filthy rich this doesn't apply to you. United Nations Preaching to the world that homosexuality and transgenderism is natural for humans and is part of nature Turn as much of the population as possible into gays, no babies born by these people Nothing can be further from the truth, being homosexual is going against nature. |

Australia should stop all immigration for a while until we set the level of population we can sustain.
Our own birth rate is low so we could even lose some population from present levels. Australia should be setting the example for the rest of the world. Never mind the usual cultural cringers and self loathing virtue signallers, Australia can be the world leader. |

Nice if ….. a case of woulda, shoulda, coulda, I'm afraid We're getting no say in population and immigration. There's an agenda and we are voiceless, despite the belief of some that Australian politicians 'listen to the people'. Sometimes they do, most times they don't. And when it comes to population/immigration, we're ignored apart from lip service and lies around election time as far as Australia setting an example re population growth to the rest of the world --- sure, in a fairy-story they're coming to Oz so stand aside and when they've been in Oz for around three generations, they might get around to limiting their offspring, mostly because by then they'll have realised that less kids means more material wealth and 'better life' meanwhile, they're popping them out like rabbits worldwide. The woman in Uganda is an extreme example, sure, but why didn't that couple stop when they reached say, a dozen? Couldn't be bothered going to town to access birth control -- but she manages to find dye for her hair? Didn't want to endure the 'unnatural' sterilisation? Enjoyed the notoriety? Got more money for having more and more kids? I do not believe that woman and her spouse were not advised by any of the do-good organisations, nor do I believe non of her neighbours told the do-good orgs about her ever increasing family. She managed to get four houses to accomodate her offspring and almost certainly those four houses were not bought or built by her or her spouse look at her kids. They're wretched. And 'charities' beseech us to feed them? How about our 'authorities' and 'charitable orgs' bring her and her giant ovaries to Australia for a better life? And what if her daughters inherited her 'giant ovaries'? Let's fill up Australia, boys. It's a massive piece of land with room for billions seems to be the belief of those making the decisions while living in 50 million dollar homes on Sydney Harbour we have to sterilise or genocide. If not now, then in the not so distant future. Or we'll all --- worldwide -- be fighting in the streets for water and food. And that scenario is well on the way judging by the number of SWORD attacks and deaths in of all places ... Australia |

https://ophi.org.uk/multidimensional-poverty-index/global-mpi-2018/
The United Nations development Programme (UNDP) and the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI) developed a new version of the global Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI). The global MPI covers 105 countries in total, which are home to 77 per cent of the world’s population, or 5.7 billion people. Of this proportion, 23 per cent of people (1.3 billion) are identified as multidimensionally poor. |

As long as humans live on this planet, it's going to be sick. We are the virus, we are the disease.
We think we are oh so intelligent and sophisticated, what with our advances in technology, and our finance system that is contrary to the health of 'nature'. I.e what is the main thing that prevents people from going full "green"? It's the loss of jobs, and loss of money that scares people. Not to mention the fear that "green energy" is not strong enough to run all of our creature comforts. When global warming hits, the earth will cleanse itself of this disease and start the cycle again. Whether humanity survives or not depends on whether "Noah/Noelle" can build another ark. |

https://www.positive.news/society/5-possible-solutions-overpopulation/
1. Empower women Studies show that women with access to reproductive health services find it easier to break out of poverty, while those who work are more likely to use birth control. The United Nations Population Fund aims to tackle both issues at once, running microcredit projects to turn young women into advocates for reproductive health. 2. Promote family planning Simply educating men and women about contraception can have a big impact. When Iran introduced a national family planning programme in 1989, its fertility rate fell from 5.6 births per woman to 2.6 in a decade. A similar effort in Rwanda saw a threefold increase in contraception usage in just five years. 3. Make education entertaining The US-based Population Media Center gets creative to reach women. Its radio soap operas, which feature culturally specific stories about reproductive issues, have been heard by as many as 500 million people in 50 countries. In Ethiopia, 63 per cent of women seeking reproductive health services reported tuning in. 4. Government incentives Those at UK charity Population Matters believe there should be a senior government official responsible for addressing population-related issues. They urge governments to promote “responsible parenthood” and say subsidies should be limited to the first two children unless the family is living in poverty. 5) One-child legislation During China’s high controversial one-child policy, fertility fell from six births per woman in the 1960s to 1.5 in 2014. However, Amnesty International reports that the policy led to coerced or forced abortions and sterilisations. It also disrupted traditional support structures for the elderly and led to a gender imbalance. |
