I am noticing this pattern of behaviour getting more and more extreme as the number of climate skeptics dwindles to the most stubborn remnants. Basically they flood a thread with incredibly stupid copy and paste jobs, and occasionally little gems of their own making like this one.

Sorry FD maybe I haven't made myself very clear.

What I have called a black hole or measles on the surface of the sun is more about sunspots and solar wind that comes out of them.

Not the traditional black holes in space.

I call them black holes because sometimes they do look like a black hole on the surface of the sun.

Sometimes I call them measles but for your clarity in the future I will try to remember to call them by their proper name sunspots............. ;) :)

I should add that sunspots (black holes on the surface of the sun) on the sun are like your anus when you unleash some gas.

But sunspots (measles) continually spurt out solar winds directed at the Earth as its sails on by........ ;) :)

Clear as mud now, I hope it is............... :D

I think Climate change and especially the C02 debate is a great distraction to the fact that when you burn Fossil fuels it poisons us and the earth (just look at the air in big cities)….
The biggist tragedy it seems with this debate is when someone decides that the world isnt warming from man made elements and especial C02 then they tend to ignore that Fossil Fuel poison us.
The usual reply is everything is fine, we don't need to change. ;)

Climate change is a distraction from the real problem.....OVER POPULATION!

For some reason humans find it very difficult dealing with the truth. Population growth is the real issue with the climate. Mohler nature can heal.

Umm....there isn't one that will suit a PC outcome. To many hurt feelings you know.

Starting to acknowledge the problem is a good start though....but that won't happen. People would rather sponsor a program to increase 3rd world population instead of reduce it.

Education, incentives for women to go on contraceptives (men are hopeless as they arnt the ones to get pregnant). Really the only way to reduce population is to make it attractive to not have children and easy, probably easy would be the main one...

When you say not PC I suppose your talking about culling… If your willing to cull your own family first then I suppose you can start the topic;)

Yeah that's right. Keep all alive at any cost no matter the quality of life that remains. As long as you're alive is all that matters. How you remain alive is not really an issue.....que poverty. Even a seriously sick older person cannot exit the world if they wish to, or in some countries a rape victim cannot abort a child that is not really wanted. How bloody absurd are we? It's not about how that person feels....it's about how the rest of you are programed to feel if they want to take their own life or about their pregnancy...when in reality it's none of your bloody business.

Then we like to sponsor 3rd worlders, under the guise that we are "educating" them, so they can create more 3rd worlders who are going to create even more.....bloody ridiculous. Why? Because now those countries are overflowing with people living in poverty that need to either seek asylum or refugee status due to the increase in war, malitia activity , civil war or just want out of a shitttty situation....wonder where the money comes from for all this war and unrest????

We knock down trees to create somewhere to live....yet we can't live without trees.
We drill for natural gas and poison our water supplies.....yet we need water to live.
We have filled our planets surface with cement...when we should be filling it with trees.

Humans need to start recognising over population as the new climate change....cause it's real. Get rid of the bleeding hearts and take a step back to our default setting of being an animal. Nature will win in the end.

I think it is more about going back to what we are supposed to be. No middle ages title, just life as it should be.
Natural selection is nature's way of cleansing itself. Every other animal, without human interference, goes through the same selection...generation after generation....but not the human.

What's this world going to be like with double the human population we have now? That's where we are heading with our current mindset.

And yet removing fossil fuels will do exactly that. Far less cropping, farming. People can only do so much per day without that aid.

Of course mules and oxen could make a comeback.

And even that ignores fertilisers. Although they could collect the crap, pulverise it and spread it. But I can't see millenials doing that.

And back to dung fires which kill so many in poor countries even now.

Kenya has several notable solar power distributors including M-Kopa with locally adopted payment schemes including pay-as-you-go and microfinance.
Basically they are giving even the poorest people in Kenya the use of solar to light tair homes and do the cooking.... all without fossil fuels :)

Yes i agree that there is to much population growth and starting with the 3rd world countries the rest of the world has to intervene and put a stop to it (even if the country has no oil), with contraceptive's , chemical castrating if needed ,even putting some of the highly unnourished souls to rest. Then they can attack the bigger countries and demand lower populations as well (im thinking china and India).

No easy way to do it and very big brotherish... i suppose you can have that scenario or yours where you just get rid of civilization and see how it pans out......

I'm sure there are other ways to do it to, none seam to be working at the moment though.

We used to have leaded petrol.... deemed a health and environmental hazard... rightly so.... we went to unleaded....

More than leaded they say you shouldn't get unleaded on your skin....

And the emissions are said to be as bad as leaded.
Albeit only minimally better in some aspects to leaded.

The first report they quote is one William Connolley. If you follow that link to the actual paper in Figure 1 he shows only 8 papers warning of global cooling.
