The immoral Dems prefer to shut the Gov down than give a tiny portion of the budget to the people's mandate to build the wall.

They probably don't want to have a wall built. How else are they going to win an election without new voters.

So why don't the Republicans fund it? They have a majority in both houses.

Just put up a brick wall and stick broken bottles on top like they do in 3rd world countries.
