You spectacularly miss the point. Willfully and rebelliously i suspect.

The thing is, and this really shouldn't have to be explained to you, is that white men are overrepresented in positions of power. So hard to equalise is this, people who aren't whiote males have been kicking up a bit of a fuss about it. No-one paid much attention when it was merely pointed out.
And when you stack it all up ... you know, things like Julie Bishop being not only one of the few vagina weilding people in the governemnt but her being a deputy for what, 10 years now? Well, patterns form.
