For a long time, I was a MMGW skeptic and believed that the drop in sunspot would see a downward shift in global temperatures that would result in a mini ice age. As we approach the end of this decade and as sunspot numbers continue to drop, I questioned whether we'd see this mini ice age by the mid-late 2020's as currently predicted. Reviewing the information that is out there on Climate Change, my current interpretation of the data is that there has been a disconnect between global temperatures and solar output over the last 30 - 40 years, suggesting that CO2 is currently the main driver of global temperatures.

Given that rate of increase in global temperatures has reduced somewhat, but appears to continue in an upward trend, I believe that the continual drop in sunspot numbers will result in a stagnation or a possible drop in global temperatures, which we are currently seeing since cooler ocean waters results in more CO2 absorption. This will probably continue until sunspot numbers begin to increase again. I don 't think that Gore - like predictions relating to Global Warming will come to pass but I think that implementing technologies that reduce CO2 are warranted, although probably not at the rate that some want them to be implemented.

In regards to your links regarding to what the consensus was during the 70's in relation to climate, I think the links demonstrate that was many more papers pointing towards a global cooling trend based on the data and science at the time, which contradicts what was said in the video.

Changing wind patterns will change the climate. Which came first the change in climate or the changed wind pattern? What causes changed wind patterns?

Australia has suffered these changing wind patterns in the past, even before CO2 was a problem.

Climate has changed in the past, yet according to ice core data, which has its own limitations, CO2 until very recently, had been stable for  thousands of years. What caused those climate fluctuations?
