Title: I'm looking for a new default search engine
Post by Yadda on Oct 4th, 2018 at 7:23pm

I'm looking for a new default search engine....

I've been using Google for decades.

But beginning about five years ago, i have noticed a change.

In the last five years i have often been surprised, or frustrated, or angry, or disappointed, with the 'quality' of the hits which have come back.

Do you know what blancmange is ?     ....look up the definition.

Google, what is blancmange?

Google: Did you mean blancminge?

I'm guessing you've been watching French porn, Yadda.

I have set    mojeek    as my default search engine.

The hits don't come back 'instantly', as with Google, but it seems OK.

I'll persevere a little longer with it.

Thanks lee.

Blancminge sounds more appetising, just sayin'.

Google = = a bias, against fairness and truth.

Google Translate censors obscene insult of Muhammad, allows it for Jesus

Jihad Watch reader C. Nicholson sent me this interesting message about Google’s automated Google Translate feature.

Pardon the language, and the insulting phrases.

I don’t condone this kind of speech regarding anyone, but there is an important principle revealed here: more Sharia-adherence from Google.
