Photographed a Courier parking in my Taxi Zone. He had his motor still running - as if that makes it 'legal' ::)
I was there a full 10mins and then left a note with Taxi Company details "Your vehicle has been photographed parking illegally."

I don't know where to send the photo - police?
So he gets away with it. (strike 1)

Whichever Booking and Despatch Company you are affiliated with will send it to Transport, provided the relevant sign is visible in the photo and rego plate.
