The left carries on about how they (allegedly) champion women's rights and are for equality etc... But here you have cases of genuine blatant sexism, misogyny and oppression, and the left doesn't say a thing. Shouldn't we all be pushing for this appalling treatment of women to stop?

the left (what were economic socialists but are now those who play identity politics) have a very simplistic view of the world.

there are the successful and the non successful.

and the successful got their by oppressing the non successful.
(they didnt actually, most got their by competance and diligence)

it appeals to lefties because you can learn it in a day and then you never have to think again.

so islam is not very successful and this MUST be due to them being oppressed.

they are a victim group and must not be touched.

there is obviously cognitive dissonance going on here, but this is to be expected when you have an ideology that you learnt in a few hours and then ceased to think
