Looks like he basically has his old job.
What a slippery gypsy.

Sam Dastyari, who resigned from the Senate over a string of damaging revelations concerning his links to Chinese Communist Party-aligned interests, has a new job.

He will be an associate director at Essential Media, a campaign and communications firm with close ties to the Labor Party, union movement and progressive causes.

The company's executive director, Peter Lewis, praised his new recruit as "one of the finest political campaigners of his generation".

Rumours of the job had been doing the rounds for a little while.

Our parties are like the CIA or the Mafia - once you're in, you are never out..... always plenty of public funding around to find a job for an old mate....

How much public funding does that group receive, BTW?
