to make cement that set under sea water? 2000 years later some of these sea walls still exist. Portland cement is being replaced with a cement more like the Romans use to reduce emissions in making cement.

I saw something about that a few days ago. Rather than deteriorating when submersed in sea water, it hardens, and keeps hardening. Clever boys those Romans. |

There was also a mention of the undersea cement in Grave’s book “Claudius the God.” |
