Touche Gregg,

They stand to make trillions of dollars if they can some how manage to con the world into paying for the air we breathe.

I bet JV thinks its because their nice people that desperately want to save our planet from ourselves... ;D

Banks are risk averse. That is why WestPac is not going to provide finance to the Adani mine. Coal assets are becoming stranded assets. Even Rio sold its NSW coal mines.

Nothing risky in making free people around the world pay for the free air they breathe, it's worth trillions.

If it hadn't been for banks investing billions of dollars into the pseudoscience that is AGW, it would have been thrown out long ago, that sh!tty science would have been gone baby, bathwater and tub.

There's still hope that we wont be financially enslaved to the banks and the UN for ever, lets hope common sense prevails.

It must be illegal for a foreign entity to set the taxation limit and then collect it in any country around the world.

Only our government can set a tax and collect it from the Australian people, moreover that tax would have to spent on infrastructure, schools hospitals etc etc.

An ETS/carbon tax nust be illegal in accordance with iour constitution.

I wouldn’t expect anything less from a person who despite all evidence given him by not only sceptics but by the godfathers of AGW the IPCC showing that CO2 has never controlled the temperature on Earth from millions of years ago to the present or that once CO2 has reached its saturation point it loses its effectiveness as a greenhouse respectively still claims that CO2 is the sole cause of the current warming spell.

What I do know is that if some financial foreign power can invade Australia to set a tax limit at their fancy on all Australian households and collect this tax with not one cent going to our government for services and amenities this must be illegal in our constitution.

Which means that all our politicians are nothing more that traitorous sacks of sh!t…..!!!!!

CO2 has been shown absorbing IR heading to space. By trapping some of the suns radiation the GHGs warm the globe.

Nothing else explains it.

Undoubtedly I do.

At least I don’t have to unlearn a heap of garbage.

I mean—can you imagine the shame and anger when Booby FINALLY wakes up to the crap Dubyne has been feeding him?

That's why no bank is investing in Thorium nuclear reactor research.

Cheap, unlimited, safe energy for everyone.

They should set aside loan money for new research & high technology
not just pump it into property.

Not quite: a Uni could assign it as a PhD thesis, theoretical and if promising it could be taken to the next stage, a prototype in software. It is after that (and approval) that a bank can finance a real prototype.

CSIRO or a Uni or a collaboration.

It needs vision from the Govt. to get a major project like
a Thorium research reactor going.
We would need to steal scientists from India & China
who are already way ahead of us.

If we could make it work we would rule the world.
We have the Thorium here in huge abundance as tailings already above the ground from old Uranium mines.

If we had that sort of vision it would encourage the banks to
invest ( or maybe even the super funds too.)

Banks make trillions of dollars in many fields. If they see an opportunity to make money whether it's in property, business or Government policy they will take it. It is irrelevant to the science of Global Warming.

And no one is paying for the air they breathe. That is emotive nonsense

You cant connect the dots barnacle, selling free air on the stock exchange will save us......LOL

We already know from the last 26 odd years of observations that the General circulation models (GCM) of the IPCC were wrong and over estimated the warming by the end of this century.

Warming by the end of this century

IPCC computer models in 1990 projected warming……… +2.78° C / Century

Observations the last 25 years………………………….. +1.01° C / Century
